Welcome to Fast Lube and Oil. By using our website, booking appointments, or receiving services at any of our locations, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Fast Lube and Oil provides automotive maintenance and fluid services including but not limited to:

Oil changes (conventional, semi-synthetic, and full synthetic)
Transmission fluid services (drain and fill, fluid exchange)
Differential and transfer case services
Coolant and antifreeze flushes
Power steering flushes
Air filter and cabin air filter replacement
Wiper blade replacement
Fuel filter replacement
Battery installation
Serpentine belt replacement
Light bulb replacement
AC recharge services
Free check engine light reset

We do NOT provide: brake services, tire rotations, spark plug replacement, shock replacement, alternator replacement, tune-ups, diagnostics, TPMS repair or diagnosis, alignment, or flat tire repair.

2. Service Locations

Fast Lube and Oil operates multiple locations in Oregon and Washington. Each location maintains its own hours of operation, which can be found on our Google Business listings or by contacting the specific location directly.

We are closed on the following holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Labor Day, and Memorial Day.

3. Pricing and Payment

All pricing listed on our website or provided by our staff is subject to change without notice
Prices are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle make, model, year, and required oil quantity
European vehicles require specialty full synthetic oil and may incur additional charges for specialty oil filters
Diesel trucks have specific pricing based on oil type and quantity required
Payment is due at the time of service completion
We accept standard payment methods; all payments are processed in-person at our locations
Online quotes may differ from final pricing based on actual vehicle requirements

4. Customer-Supplied Products

Customers are welcome to bring their own oil or oil filters for installation. Fast Lube and Oil will install customer-supplied products but cannot guarantee or warranty products we did not supply. We are not responsible for any damage or issues arising from customer-supplied materials.

5. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments can be made through our website at www.fastlubeandoil.com
Walk-in customers are also welcome, subject to availability
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to equipment failure, staffing issues, or weather conditions
Customers who fail to show for scheduled appointments without notice may be subject to scheduling restrictions for future appointments

6. Text Message Communications

Fast Lube & Oil Text Reminders Opt-In

1. We collect only the information necessary to provide you with automotive services and communicate about your appointments. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at the location of your last oil change by contact them through any of these methods:

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages periodically. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website appointment booking system, you consent to receive text messages from Fast Lube and Oil regarding:

Appointment confirmations
Service reminders
Appointment notifications
Service completion updates
Vehicle maintenance reminders

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. We will honor all opt-out requests immediately.

7. Vehicle Information and Records

When you book an appointment or receive services, we collect and store information about your vehicle including make, model, year, and services performed. This information is used to provide you with appropriate service recommendations and maintain accurate service records for your vehicle.

8. Warranty and Liability

Fast Lube and Oil warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner
We use quality parts and fluids appropriate for your vehicle
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed
We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions, wear and tear, or damage caused by customer neglect
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Any warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of service

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about their vehicle
Informing us of any known vehicle issues or concerns
Retrieving personal belongings from their vehicle before service
Following recommended maintenance schedules
Paying for services rendered in full at time of completion

10. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, coupons, and discounts are subject to terms and conditions specific to each offer
Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
Online booking may qualify for promotional discounts as advertised
Gift cards may be purchased at a discount and used for future services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time

11. Limitation of Services

Fast Lube and Oil reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or vehicle if we determine that:

The requested service is beyond our scope of expertise
The vehicle condition presents safety concerns for our staff
The customer has previously violated our terms or policies
We do not have the necessary parts or equipment

12. Changes to Terms

Fast Lube and Oil reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the States of Oregon and Washington, depending on the location where services are provided. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or local courts of the jurisdiction where the service location is situated.

15. Severability

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Fast Lube and Oil regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
